How can I cancel the order?
Open boodmo App or Visit boodmo.com & follow the below procedure:
Using Website:
- "Sign In" to your account

- Go to "My Orders"

- In the "In-Progress tab" click on the "order" you wish to cancel

- To cancel an item, locate it in the items tab and click on "Cancel"

- Once you have clicked on the "Cancel" option for the item, you will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation. After selecting the appropriate reason, click on the "Cancel Item" button to complete the cancellation process.
Using Application:
- "Sign In" to your account

- Go to "My Orders"

- In the "In-Progress tab" click on the "order" you wish to cancel

- To cancel an item, locate it in the items tab and click on "Cancel"
