How can I check return status?
Open the boodmo app or visit boodmo.com and follow the below procedure:
Using Application:
- Log in to your account

- Click on My Orders

- Go to the In-Progress tab and select the order whose return you want to track. In case your return is completed, you'll find it in the Returned tab
- Go to the Returns tab to check your return status
- You can also go to the Shipments tab and click VIEW MORE or TRACKING INFO to track your return

Using Website:
- Log in to your account

- Click on My orders

- Go to the In-Progress tab and select the order whose return you want to track. In case your return is completed, you'll find it in the Returned tab
- Go to the Returns tab to check your return status

- You can also go to the Shipments tab and click TRACKING INFO to track your return

In case of any issue, click on the Support option to connect with our team.
The refund against the returned part would be generated only after the part is received back at our hub & passes the QC (quality check)
Note: boodmo never calls & asks for bank account, credit/debit card details, UPI id, OTP, etc. from the customer. We urge you not to share such information with anyone. In case of any fraudulent transaction, immediately notify your bank.
